How do I cancel my LFC order?

To cancel an LFC order placed through our webstore, you will need to follow the below steps:
Login to your LFC account - If you opted to checkout as a guest, you will need to create an LFC account and follow the below steps in order to cancel your order
Once logged in, select 'My Account'
Select 'My Orders'
Underneath the 'Actions' column of your order history, you will notice a 'Cancel' button appears next to any orders that are eligible for cancellation
Select 'Cancel' - You will then be prompted to confirm your decision to cancel the order, select 'Yes' to confirm
Once processed you will receive confirmation of your cancellation within the same pop-up box
Your order has now been cancelled and you will receive cancellation confirmation email.
To cancel an LFC order via the official Liverpool FC Store app, you will need to follow the below steps:
Login to your LFC account - If you opted to checkout as a guest, you will need to create an LFC account and follow the below steps in order to cancel your order
Once logged in, select the 'More' section located in the bottom right of your mobile screen
Select 'Track My Orders'
You will then be redirected to the website 'My Account' section
Follow the Webstore order cancellation process above
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be returned to your account.
Please Note
You can only cancel an order up to 30 minutes after completing checkout. After thirty minutes, your order cannot be cancelled
Once an order has been cancelled it cannot be undone
