Why can't I download my NFC pass?

As the 2025/26 season has now finished, NFC passes are temporarily unavailable while we prepare for next season. This function will be available again via My Account and the official LFC App towards the end of June. All supporters who need to download an NFC pass for the 2026/27 season will be contacted once it becomes available.
To enhance ticket security, All Red Members must download a new NFC pass for the 2026/27 season. This applies even if you still have an All Red NFC pass from last season, as it will expire and cannot be used for entry next season.
Season ticket holders, seasonal hospitality members, and General Admission NFC pass holders who have an NFC pass from the 2025/26 season do not need to download a new pass, as these will remain active for the 2026/27 season.
As a reminder, General Admission NFC pass holders were required to download a new pass ahead of the 2025/26 season.
