I am having trouble downloading my NFC pass on my Android phone. What do I do?

We recommend trying these troubleshooting steps:
Check that you have Google Pay installed, up-to-date, and completely set up. You can download it from the Google Play Store.
Check that you have Chrome set as your default browser. Using other Android browsers may cause problems when downloading your pass. See how to set Chrome as your default browser on a Samsung phone.
Sign in to your email via a web browser and open your ticket email there. Use the links below to access the web version of your email service:
