NFC troubleshooting for Android phones

If you are having trouble downloading your NFC ticket from your account page or from an email, we recommend you try these troubleshooting steps, as they may solve your issue:

1. Do you have Google Pay installed, up-to-date, and completely set up? You can download it your phone from the Google Play Store on your phone.

2. Do you have ‘Chrome’ set as your default browser? Using other Android browsers may cause problems when downloading your pass. To see how to set Chrome as your default browser on a Samsung phone, see our FAQ here .

3. Are you accessing your emails through an email app on your phone such as GMail or Outlook? Try logging into your emails via the web browser version of your email and opening your ticket email there. Here are the links for the most popular services:
