How will I access the stadium if I do not have a compatible smartphone?
Updated
There are two options for accessing Anfield if you don't have an NFC-compatible smartphone.
1. Stadium Access Card
Best option for children, or for adults regularly sitting with a Friend & Family member
Season Ticket Holders and Members who do not have a compatible smartphone can request a Stadium Access Card. This is a photo ID card which will have your picture printed on the card. You can request a Stadium Access Card and upload your photograph here.
If you are unable to upload your photograph, complete the form and choose the 'I am unable to upload a photo' option. A member of our Ticketing Services team will be in touch with you to arrange for you to have your photograph taken at the Ticket Office.
New cards must be collected from the Ticket Office, with photographic ID and proof of address. We will contact you once your new card is ready for collection.
2. Download your pass to a Friend or Family member's smartphone
Best option for children, or for adults regularly sitting with a Friend & Family member
If you sit next to a member of your Friends & Family, they can download your NFC Pass to their device if you are accompanying them to the match.
To do this you will need to login to your account on their phone so they can download the NFC pass to their phone. This means they will have multiple passes on their phone. Although there is no limit, we don't recommend having more than two on one device.
When they approach the turnstile they will need to select your pass first from their Google Pay/Apple Wallet, touch it to the reader and allow you to proceed through the turnstile; they can then enter with their own pass.
