I am accompanying another supporter (Junior/Disabled/Personal Assistant) to a match. Can I have their ticket on my device?
Updated
NFC passes should only be added to the registered supporter’s own smartphone. However, we recognise that some junior supporters may not have access to a smartphone, and some disabled supporters may require their pass to be held by their Personal Assistant (PA) and vice versa.
In these circumstances, the NFC pass can be added to the smartphone of the person who regularly attends matches with the supporter. This exception applies only to junior, disabled supporters and PAs, who are the only supporters permitted to have their pass added to another person’s device.
If you have multiple passes on your device because you're accompanying a supporter, when attending a game:
First, select the pass of the supporter you are accompanying from your Google/Apple Wallet.
Touch it to the reader and let the other supporter proceed through the turnstile.
Then, select your own pass, tap it to the reader and enter.
