How to Register for the Members Ticket Sales

Updated

ALL Members must register their interest in order to apply for tickets. Each member will be able to register for certain games based on a previous attendance criteria that will be set by the club and will be announced here prior to the registration period opening.

Each person registering MUST hold an active membership for the current season (if you have purchased your membership via the retail store, either online or in store, you will need to make sure you have redeemed the voucher to activate your membership). All memberships allow join sales and ballots except International and Little Liver. All our membership information can be found here

When you log on to the ticketing section you will be asked to select which games you wish to register for.

Registering with Friends and Family

If you wish to register with friends or family, you can do so for up to 4 people per registration.

Once everyone is an active member you will need to link your accounts together via friends and family.

When you log on to the ticketing section you will be asked to select which games you wish to register for. If you are registering multiple people, then please select the amount of registrations you require and select the correct price band for each Member. You will then be able to allocate each registration to the other member/s using the drop-down list. In the case that you are registering a junior membership, juniors must be registered with an adult up to the ratio of 2:1 (a maximum of two juniors per adult, or two adults per junior).

N.B. Once you are registered it is not possible to change your registration so please ensure you read all the information before registering your interest.

What Happens Next?

You will be emailed with the outcome of your registration. If your registration is successful, you will be able to purchase a ticket for each person that you registered. Please note that you do not have to purchase tickets together you can purchase separately. If you are successfully drawn for one or more games, you are under no obligation to purchase those tickets, but you cannot swap a successfully drawn game for an unsuccessful one. You can only purchase the game/s that you have been successful in.

If you are unsuccessful then there will be other opportunities to purchase match day tickets. Should any tickets from the two bulk members sales still be available we will hold a sale for those who entered the ballot but were unsuccessful. These tickets will be available on a first come first serve basis so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets in that sale.

Additional members sales are also held approximately 1-2 weeks prior to each home game – the information on those can be found here.
