I can’t open the LFC Official App on my device. What should I do?

To use the LFC Official App, your device must be running:

• iOS 16.0 or later, or

• The latest Android operating system.

If you’re unable to download or access the app on your device, you can view a summary of your Credit Balance in your My Account.
