I can’t open the LFC Official App on my device. What should I do?

To use the LFC Official App, your device must be running:
iOS 16.0 or later, or
The latest Android operating system.
If you are on the latest version, try deleting the app and reinstalling it. If the issue persists, contact Supporter Services.
