How do I complete Fan Update?

Log in to Fan Update and check the key details we hold for you.
Read our FAQ if you did not complete Single Sign On (SSO) by the deadline.
Your registered personal details will then be displayed.
If the details displayed do not match your photo ID, please click NOT CORRECT and complete our Details Not Correct form. We’ll then be in touch to assist you further.
If your details do match your photo ID, click CORRECT.
Upload your photo ID.
Follow the instructions on how to capture your photo ID. You'll also need to allow access to your phones camera in order to capture the image of your photo ID.
You'll be shown the result of your ID scan:
ID Failed - you'll see a red cross and a message saying your ID was not verified. Please follow the instructions on screen to make sure you have taken the best possible photo of your ID.
ID Failed 3 times - after the third failed attempt, you will be required to complete our Scan Issues form that appears on-screen. A member of our team will be in touch.
ID Successfully uploaded - you'll see a green tick and a message on-screen. Click CONTINUE to confirm your contact details.
Confirm your personal details and contact information.
You can now update your contact and address details.
If nothing needs changing, click CONFIRM to complete the process.
If the address shown on the screen is incorrect, click CHANGE ADDRESS. If the photo ID you uploaded contains your current address, tick the box to confirm and we'll use that to validate your address. If your current address does not appear on your photo ID, click UPLOAD UTILITY BILL and follow the instructions. Once you are happy, click CONFIRM to complete the process.
Once confirming, you'll be shown a confirmation message.
Our team will review your submission and will send you a confirmation email once they have approved it. This email will confirm you have completed Fan Update.
