How do I cancel my order?

You can only cancel an order within 30 minutes of checkout. If you ordered over 30 minutes ago, you won't see the Cancel button by your order.
Cancellation is not available for any orders where delivery is delayed. Orders which contained personalised or customised item(s) cannot be refunded.
Once cancelled, an order cancellation cannot be undone.
To cancel your order, follow the relevant steps below:
Via the webstore:
Log in to your My Account. If you checked out as a guest, you'll need to create an account first with the same email address you used at checkout.
Go to My Account.
Select My Orders.
Click Cancel next to eligible orders under the Actions column.
Confirm your cancellation by selecting Yes in the pop-up box.
You'll see a confirmation in the pop-up box and get an email from us shortly after..
Via the Liverpool FC Store app:
Login to your account. If you checked out as a guest, create an account first.
Go to the More section at the bottom right of your screen.
Select Track My Orders to be redirected to the website's My Account section.
Follow the webstore cancellation process above.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. We may not be able to honour order cancellations during ‘peak trading’ moments such as kit launches and sitewide promotions and we reserve the right to temporarily disable self-serve order cancellations due to high order volumes.
