What will happen if my email address is also being used by other supporters / members of my family?

You will need to advise each of them of the required change, and ask that they update their email address, so it is unique to them. We are aware that there are some accounts types where the rules and processes need further consideration, so at this stage there is no requirement to update the following accounts:
  1. Child accounts controlled by a parent
  2. Registered Disabled supporter and Personal Assistant accounts
  3. Corporate Hospitality accounts
