I don’t know the log in details for some of the accounts my email address is linked to – what do I do?
To log in to an account, you need to know the Supporter ID and password. We will tell you the Supporter IDs of the accounts your email is linked to when we contact you.
If you don’t know the password of an account that you control, you can just use the normal “forgot password” process and a password reset link will be emailed to you. You can request a password reset when you’re trying to log in, as shown here:
If the account is normally logged in to by a friend or family member, you should contact them and ask them to log in to the account and update it to a unique email address they control.
