How can I make a complaint on a match day?
If you do have reason to complain on a match day, please speak to a member of our Fan Support Team, a Match Steward or a uniformed member of staff who can help to resolve the issue. We find that most complaints can be resolved at the time of the initial problem, however if your complaint cannot be resolved on the day or is concerning another matter, please contact us via the Contact Us link below.

How will I access the Stadium on match day?
We have introduced NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for stadium entry to replace cards and paper tickets. Supporters must download their ticket (NFC pass) to their smartphone and bring this with them to access the stadium on match day.
