I am a member who forwarded a ticket to my Friends/Family for a Premier League home game(s), do I retain the match credit?

No, the credit is transferred to the supporter who you forwarded the ticket to.

I was forwarded a ticket; do I receive the match credit?

If the ticket was forwarded to you was a member’s seat, you will retain the match credit provided you attended the game.

If the ticket forwarded to you was a season ticket seat, you will NOT retain the match credit.
