Can I amend or cancel an order?
Please make sure you have checked your order and delivery details before you place your
order.
Once you have placed your order and it is passed to our distribution centre, we can't make any changes or cancel your order. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address and payment method.
If you've ordered something you no longer want, you can return most items for a refund once you’ve received your order. Some exclusions apply, such as personalised items.
