My Membership is on Auto-Renewal, when will my payment be taken?
The payment run will begin on Tuesday 9th May 2023
and is expected to take up to 10 days to be processed. Auto-renewal payments
are not taken in any specific order, so if you have multiple Memberships linked
to one payment card, they may be taken at different times.
You will receive an email to confirm if we have
been successful or unsuccessful in taking payment. If the payment has
failed then you will receive an email at the end of May with a link to process
the membership independently, please login with your supporter ID and password
to keep the membership on the account with any purchase history.
If the payment failed due to an old or expired
card, we are not able to retry with new details. You will need to renew
independently by following the link in the failure email you will receive later
this month.
