When will I receive my Membership pack?
- If you purchased your Membership before 10th September 2021, due to stock delays your Membership packs for the 21/22 season will now be dispatched throughout September.
- If you purchased a Full Membership after 10th September 2021, your Full Membership pack for the 21/22 season will be dispatched throughout November.
- All other packs purchased after 10th September will be sent out in the normal timescale.
You will receive a dispatch e-mail when your pack has been sent to the address on record.
Please note: different Membership types are being processed and dispatched at separate times. If you have purchased multiple Memberships of different types (e.g. a full Membership for yourself and a junior Membership for a child in your household), you may not receive your packs all at the same time.

Will I receive a discount on my 2021/22 Official Membership?
Any supporters that were 2020/21 Full or Light Members will receive a £5 discount (or equivalent value if paying in USD/EUR) on their 2021/22 renewal.
How will my £5 Membership discount be applied?
Members who had Full or Light Membership during Season 2020/21 will receive a £5 discount (or equivalent value if paying in USD/EUR) which will automatically be deducted at the point of purchase.
