Can I change my Membership type?
If you wish to change your Membership type, you must contact us within 14 days of your renewal or purchase to request a refund. If you bought a Membership that included a pack, you will need to return that too.
After getting your refund, you will then be able to purchase the Membership you want here. Contact us to request a refund here.
