How to reset your password to access your Members' Area

In 2020 we moved to a new Membership and Ticketing system, which requires a new password to be created. Once set up, this is the password you will need to use with your Supporter ID (Membership number) to access your Membership benefits. If you purchase tickets as a Member, this will also be the password you use to login to the new ticketing system once we go live.

If you are seeing this error message when trying to log in to the Members' Area using your existing details, you need to reset your password before continuing:
Wrong username or password provided. You may need to update your password, please click here to reset your password.

Follow the link on the error message to reset your password and gain access to the Members' Area.

Below are some tips on how to reset your password:

Firstly, we would recommend using Google Chrome as your browser and a PC/Laptop rather than a mobile/tablet.

When setting your new password please ensure it:

  • contains at least 8 letters, a number and a symbol
  • contains both lower & upper case characters
  • contains at least one of these special characters !#$%^()=?;:.
Note that if you use the same email address for multiple Memberships (e.g. for managing your child's Membership) then you will need to complete the password reset and get a password reset email for each Supporter ID. 

Not sure what your Supporter ID is? (you need this to reset your password). You will find it in your email confirming your Membership renewal. Or, if you haven't renewed/don't have the email, use our Supporter ID retrieval page to check what your Supporter ID is and complete.
