How can I update card payment details for my LFCTV GO Subscription?

You can update your payment card details for your subscription online as follows:
N.B. This must be done through the website and not on the App.
  1. Log in to My LFC here
  2. Click on MYLFC
  3. Select 'Manage Subscriptions'
  4. Select + Add payment method
  5. Add your new card details, then delete your previous card payment details

N.B. if it does not say you have an active subscription then the manage subscriptions option will not show. If you are sure you have an active subscription then you could have subscribed under a different email address. Please try all possible email addresses you have if this is the case. If you still cannot access your subscription then please contact us on the link below and provide all possible email addresses you could have subscribed with.
