Normal (non-matchday) opening hours

* Saturday - 9am-3pm
* Sunday - Closed

Ticketing enquiries - opening hours will vary depending on kick-off. We'll publish opening hours for upcoming matches here, roughly a week before the match.
Other enquiries (e.g. Online Store, Stadium Tours etc.) - our hours don't change. We're available to help during the same time as a non-matchday.

The Ticket Office is located underneath the Kop stand. You can contact us about ticketing using the options above, but if you're at Anfield you can also visit us in person.

Can I transfer my season ticket waiting list position to another supporter?
No, waiting list positions are non-transferable. If you no longer wish to be on the waiting list you should contact us on the link below to be removed. Please provide your name, address and supporter ID number if you wish to do this.
