How can I make a special request for a person dealing with difficult circumstances?

In the past few months we have had an overwhelming amount of requests, and because of this we regret we just can’t accommodate the following at the moment:
- Items or merchandise for charity events
- Greetings cards or certificates for special occasions/seasonal greetings
- Player autographs, meetings or personalised video messages.
We receive so many special requests from all over the world, which is truly touching. As much as we would love to help everybody, it’s really not possible for us to arrange due to the current situation and the overwhelming amount of requests we receive.
In the event we can help with a request, priority is given to our very seriously ill supporters and those with exceptional circumstances.
