Match day
Visually Impaired supporters are able to order a headset with full commentary in advance of the game. Please advise if you require a headset at the time of purchasing your match ticket. Please note, all of our home match commentary is conducted in house.
A digital version of the matchday programme is available to purchase here. Should this format not be a suitable alternative, please contact our dedicated Disability Team on 0151 264 2500, selecting the option for disabled supporter enquiries, or via email through our Contact Us page.
There is a waiting list for all season tickets. This list is currently closed due to high levels of demand and is unlikely to open in the foreseeable future. Any further announcements will be made on our website.
Ticket Sales
Yes, disabled concert goers can book with non-disabled supporters in the same transaction, however this is subject to availability. If you wish to book seats next to each other within this transaction, please note this is also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Concerts
No, an All Red membership is not required to buy a concert ticket at Anfield.
If you need to store a mobility aid for an upcoming game, you will need to request a space in one of our storage pods. Requests can be made by contacting our Supporter Services team . Please see the permitted and prohibited items we are able to store below.
Stadium and Facilities

There are some hospitality packages with access to wheelchair bays. For more information on availability, or if you have a specific access request due to your disability, please contact our Hospitality team.
There is limited parking available for concerts at Anfield. To request a space, please contact the Disability team approximately 8 week before the concert date. Please note, spaces are not guaranteed and where demand exceeds availaility, a ballot will take place.
