Ticket Exchange and Ticket Cash
You can use Ticket Exchange to list your tickets for Premier League Home fixtures.
Ticket Forwarding
You can only return your own tickets via the Ticket Exchange.
You can forward ticket(s) as often as you’d like throughout the season to anyone on your Friends & Family List, however each ticket can only be forwarded once per fixture.
Friends & Family
Yes, you can edit your registered Friends & Family List until September 1 2026, after which you'll only be able to add to your list if you've not reached the 18 supporter threshold.
From 1 September 2026, the option to remove supporters from your Friends & Family List will be suspended for the remainder of the season.
Only supporters who have less than 18 supporters added to their Friends & Family List will continue to be able to add each season, up to a maximum of 18.
The Friends & Family List lets you link other supporters to your account, allowing you to assign tickets to each other (subject to eligibility) when making a ticket purchase, or to forward a ticket.

For someone to be able to add you to their Friends & Family List, they must know your supporter ID and postcode or surname. If someone has added you to their list without your consent, please contact Supporter Services.
Yes, you are permitted to have up to 18 registered supporters on your Friends & Family List. You can edit your registered supporters until 1 September 2026, after which you are unable to remove from your list, and only those with less than 18 registered supporters will be able to add to their list
Log in to My Account. Select My Friends & Family. Click the 3 dots next to the person you wish to remove. Select Remove. Select Remove User.

It is only possible to forward your own tickets to supporters on your Friends & Family List.
There are two reasons why you may be encountering an error: The recieving supporter already has a ticket for the fixture, they cannot be forwarded another one. The recieving supporter has not downloaded their NFC Pass to their smartphone.
