How will I be refunded if my seat is resold on the Ticket Exchange?
When you return your seat, you can choose one of 2 options.
- Choose to have the funds transferred to your bank account
- Choose to have the funds stored within the 'Ticket Cash' option in My Account. Ticket Cash can be used against future online ticket purchases.
Funds will be transferred to your chosen refund method within 10 days of the match being played ONLY if your ticket is resold.
Please note, we are unable to provide a refund on Ticket Cash. This credit must be used for future online ticket purchases.
