Why do I get an error message when attempting to verify my details?

Error message displayed: 'Error linking account due to empty details.'
This error will appear if your existing MyLFC account has an invalid date of birth against it. You can fix this by following these steps:
Click Logout to sign-out of the linking process or click here.
Now log in to your existing MyLFC account by clicking here.
Update your DOB to the correct one and click 'Update Now'. If it already looks correct just click 'Update Now'.
Now you can return to the linking journey by clicking here.
Error message displayed: 'An account with this email address already exists.'
This error message will appear if you have previously signed up to MyLFC using your email address. To login with your email address, please click here.
If you've forgotten your password, you can request a password reset link be sent to your registered email address by clicking here and following the on screen instructions.
Error message displayed: 'Error updating mobile number.'
This error message is returned when there is an issue with the mobile number you've entered. If you have used this phone number on an account you no longer require, you will need to remove it from these accounts first. Once the number has been removed from the old account(s), you'll then be able to use it again.
You'll also need to double check that the number is valid and has the correct international dialling code (for instance, uk +44)
Error message displayed: 'A Ticketing or Membership account already exists for this user.'
This error will appear if you are trying to create a new account but you already exist in our Ticketing and Membership system. Click back on your browser to return to the previous page and when asked you have an existing account, click 'YES.' Then enter your supporter ID number.
